Upon boarding, you will immediately see that she is a very sociable motor yacht, with an open plan cockpit with plenty of seating and a large dining table which is perfect for alfresco dining. There is a built-in BBQ Grill and wet bar complete with sink and top loading ice box and ice maker, essential for keeping the wine and beers cool and at hand.
For the sun worshippers, there are two dedicated sun bed decks, one on the bow of the boat and the other on the aft. The main cockpit also has an electrically operated sunroof which can be opened in a few seconds to provide further sun or shade when required.
At the rear of the boat, there is a low level deck which gives easy access when boarding as well as a great swimming platform. An electrically opening garage under the aft sun deck is used to store our 58 mph Williams jet rib which we can use for skiing, wake boarding etc. For your convenience, there is also a hot/cold shower on the rear deck for washing down after a swim.
On moving down into the living area, you are greeted by a spacious lounge area with large cream leather sofa and dining table TV, DVD player and an open plan galley finished in light cherry wood.
The double master cabin has a luxurious feel, with large double bed and beautiful ensuite bathroom, finished with black granite worktops, electric flush toilet and separate shower cubicle. There is a good sized wardrobe and plenty of storage space. The twin berth aft cabin is full beam, with large wardrobe and dressing table with luxury ensuite bathroom. For occasional guests, the salon sofa converts to a double bed, thus providing accommodation for six.

The charter fee agreed between us and the Charterer includes the cost of hire of the charter vessels, the professional skipper and crew and all other items as disclosed in our booking confirmation. The non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking is 25% of the charter fee. The balance of the charter fee is due 4 weeks prior to the date of the charter unless otherwise agreed in writing. No piers can be booked until payment has been received.
Cancellation by the Charterer must be notified to us in writing. In the event that cancellation is notified 4 weeks or more before the charter date, the deposit will be forfeited. In the event that cancellation is notified within 4 weeks of the start date of the booking the Charterer will forfeit the full costs of the booking.
The charterer will be fully responsible for the cost of any damage or breakages to the vessel or its equipment caused by themselves.
We will make every effort to ensure that the boat runs however there are some circumstances where it would be impractical or unsafe for the booking to be held (e.g. Adverse weather conditions, mechanical failure etc). We vest discretion with the professional skipper aboard the boat to ensure the safety of all our guests and therefore such cancellation will be at their discretion on each day. In the unlikely event of such a cancellation occurring, we will offer the Charterer a substitute day for the same number of guests (not necessarily at the same event). The Charterer will have no further claim for loss or damage whatsoever resulting from the cancellation of this agreement.
In order to ensure the safety and well being of all our guests, we reserve the right to refuse any guest permission to board any vessel operated by us where they represent a danger to themselves or others. The skipper aboard the charter vessel has absolute authority and his/her instructions must be adhered to at all times. The skipper will comply with all reasonable requests of the Charterer but the skipper will be the sole judge of all matters concerning seamanship and safety of the vessel. If any guests fail to comply with the reasonable instructions of the skipper, the skipper may return the vessel to the port of embarkation whereupon the event will be terminated and the Charterer will not be entitled to repayment of any part of the charter fee or any other remedy. Any alcoholic drinks consumed on the vessel must be provided by us, otherwise a corkage fee of 75% of the RRP will be charged.
