Superyacht Charter with Boataffair
We are wife and husband Natalya and Adrian Walker, and we founded Boataffair in 2016. We are a family-run business to this day, headquartered in Switzerland.
Our journey of luxury yacht adventures all started from our offices in Switzerland, and we are delighted to see that in the last eight years we have grown to a team of ten team members spanning the whole world with offices in Rio de Janeiro and our latest office in Singapore, where we operate under our local brand Boataffair Asia Pacific since 2024.
Our company has grown fast in the last years and we now have a vibrant community of thousands of clients and trusted yacht managers in all prominent yachting destinations around the globe.
We have had a hands-on approach from the very beginning, having been immersed in all the aspects of the business ourselves. We built our company up from scratch, we know and understand every facet of a successful yacht charter and, therefore, will pay attention to specific details many others won’t.
The early years we spent on building the brand, the proprietary technology behind our webiste and, most importantly, on building relationships with partners around the globe such as yacht managers, yacht central agents, owners and yacht operators. This means a lot of global travel at all times on our end, and in the end it resulted in the brand’s value being realised:

It was ultimately our very own passion for yachts and for designing authentic and beautiful travel itineraries that led us to found Boataffair. As boat owners ourselves, lovers of travel, and as parents of two beautiful boys, we realized in 2016 how a yacht charter should be a safe and trusted recreational activity, which makes it perfect for a multigenerational family vacation and for special occasions for couples and a group of friends. We want for our guests to experience mindful and hyper-personalised moments during their vacation with their loved ones and friends. An adventure you’ll talk about for a very long time to come.
Founder & COO
Natalya is the COO of Boataffair, responsible for managing operations. Natalya has extensive experience in Business Development, E-Commerce and Marketing. Prior to Boataffair, Natalya was the Head of Business Development for several start ups for 2 years, and Managing Partner of Strategy Council, which she exited in March 2017. Natalya gained executive experience as a Business Development Executive for FTSE company Informa Plc in London for 7 years. Natalya holds a MSc in E-Commerce from University of Westminster and an MBA from Imperial College London.
Founder & CEO
Adrian is the CEO of Boataffair. Prior to Boataffair, Adrian has worked as an Investment Manager for a Venture Capital Fund, and thereby assumed the role of the CEO for 18 months for one of its investments. Adrian gained management experience as an Internal Auditor for the Sika Group and Auditor and Consultant for PwC Zurich, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2011. Adrian holds a Business degree from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences and an MBA from Imperial College London.
Managing Director, Boataffair Asia Pacific
Andrew is our Managing Director of Boataffair Asia Pacific and heads the Boataffair Office in Singapore. A seasoned maritime professional, Andrew has spent 8 years working as a General Manager for an International Marine Tourism Operator, Bali Hai Cruises. During this time Andrew oversaw the expansion of its Asian operations through vessel acquisition, mergers and more general business development. Andrew gained experience working with high profile clients and tourism partners such as Cunard line and Four Seasons. His work promoting Marine Tourism was recognised in 2017 with Google Choice Brand award for Tourism in Asia. Andrew holds a degree in Marine Science and Technology from Newcastle University, UK, and an MBA from Imperial College London.
CIO & Managing Director Latin America
Reto is the driving force behind our yacht experiences and fosters innovation as Chief Innovation Officer in the Boataffair group with his constructive view on matters. Reto oversees all Boataffair clients in Latin America from the office in Rio de Janeiro. Prior to Boataffair, Reto has worked for 6 years as a commissioning engineer and 2 years as the head of commissioning for gas- and steam turbines in Brazil, including the support of a customer at one of the largest combined-cycle power plants in South America. Reto gained extensive engineering experience as an expert in control software and in the operation and maintenance of power plants in various countries. Reto holds an engineering degree from the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland.
