Amanda - First Mate/Chef
Hailing from Virginia Beach, VA, Amanda’s passion for the water began young, brought up by the beach with a passion for all water sports from surfing to kiteboarding. Amanda has been in the service industry since she first began working in fine dining restaurants in her teens and catering events across the United States after college. After three years as crew in the Caribbean and a transatlantic crossing, she is excited to bring her culinary skills to the galley following formal culinary training at the Ashburton Chefs Academy in Devon, England.
