Changes
Change of Guest name on your booking is allowed if made 24hrs before charter date. Change or adding of guests is subject to a Name Change Fee of 1,200,000 IDR.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
No charter will disembark without the approval of the Indonesian authorities. We have the experience and knowledge of what the weather conditions are at our intended destination. We are happy to consult with you should the weather be an issue. We are happy to accommodate you on the following day/s should there be availability and there not be another paid for booking on that date or offer a voucher to be used upon another occasion. Please note a change of charter date will incur an additional fee.
Note: RAINY SEASON is from OCTOBER-MARCH.
Please keep in mind that the conditions at the intended destination may be different and still suitable to conduct the charter and professional crew has the local knowledge and professional experience in determining the viability of the charter for the comfort and safety of all guests and crew on board.
Inclement weather is defined as prolonged and heavy rain. Please know that it is normal to experience patches of rain throughout the day in rainy season – these normally occur early in the morning or late in the afternoon. Please know that it is normal to experience swell in the straight between Bali mainland and the islands.
Our highly seasoned and experienced skipper offers a lot more to clients than just navigation. He is happy to share their local insight into all the hidden gem of places, personalise itineraries to ensure every guest's interest is catered for and the group has the best possible time. Our skipper is highly trusted, discreet and very personable. Some clients love some sailing lessons when others want to discover some true local delicacies away from tourist crowds. Nothing will be the issue for your skipper, who is passionate to deliver the utmost experience to clients.
Those guests who want to indulge in the local delicacies and have beautiful dining experience onboard, choosing a chef would be the right option! Our chefs specialise in a wide variety of dishes cooked from fresh local produce, with menus developed accounting for the guests' tastes, wishes and dietary requirements. If you have a specific cuisine in mind, simply let us know and we will allocate the chef to cater for that. A chef would prepare scrumptious meals and look after the guests onboard.
Our hostess will look after the guests, prepare light meals and serve the guests onboard during the charter. Discreet, professional and experiences in charters, she will ensure the guests are truly taken care of and can simply sit back and enjoy!
