His approach is to provide a tailored environment specific to the owner's interests, managing all aspects of the program to ensure that the time spent on board is unique and precious. He has a strong sailing background, proven engineering technical capabilities, as well as project management experiences. Having run private and charter yachts for years, He is intimate with the logistical requirements needed and understands the art of hospitality very well. Vincent is known to be professional, very hands on, loyal, respectful and has a good sense of humour.

After her formal studies and work in architecture and international project management, Marlène decided to explore different avenues that led her to study yoga and hospitality. Enjoying teaching yoga and being an entrepreneur, she opened her own studio and started organising sailing yoga retreats in the Exumas. Working at sea soon became a passion and she entered the yachting industry as a stewardess 4 years ago. She demonstrated her creativity and resourcefulness during a new build project and ran the interior department for subsequent years. Her professional experiences along with her approach of meticulousness and mindfulness helped her gain great management skills, leadership, teamwork and efficiency. She is passionate about learning and interacting with people in the industry.
