About This Yacht

The world renowned naval architects Finot-Conq have an enviable reputation in the sailing world. Among their previous racing builds are IMOCA 60s and the Pogo series and their latest creation is this 100ft cruiser. She is easily adaptable and she can be both an impressive racing yacht or a comfortable cruising yacht for charter.

Her mast is 47m the water and she has 9 ton water ballast tanks each side, a short cord performance lifting keel, twin rudders and full carbon construction. Inside, there is spacious and modern accommodation for 12 guests with four crew. The 30.48m yacht has been built by Maxi Dolphin in Italy.

Captain

Christopher

Born in the UK, but brought up speaking English and French bilingually, Christopher has sailed from the age of 7. Whilst growing up, he nurtured his love for sailing through going on family sailing holidays, which later in life led him to buying a yacht of his own that he maintains himself. He has extensive sailing experience, skippering shipping vessels, sailing yachts of his own and having gone through intensive training such as Yachtmaster.

Christopher is responsible for navigation, safety, the overall running and financial management of the vessel, crew and guests. He ensures the safe and efficient operation of the yacht at all times, including compliance with all safety procedures and regulations. He takes care of adhering to flag regulations, port state and local laws and regulations, and manages the crew to ensure adherence to, and a full understanding of, the vessel’s policies. He provides daily leadership for the crew and encourages teamwork, individual growth and personal attention by delegating duties and supervising all crew tasks.

First Officer

Christophe

Christophe holds the ability to stand in for the Captain in his absence, acting as second in command. Assists the Captain in navigation and participates in deck operations and organizes guest activities. Possesses extensive maintenance knowledge and is responsible for the running and maintenance of deck equipment. Seeks out, identifies and solves technical problems before they escalate. When guests are on board, he ensures that they are properly cared for and that all requirements are met. Offers a particular attention to details and a polite and entertaining spirit. Christophe speaks French native, English and Italian fluent

Chef

Julia

Julia had nourished a passion for cooking since childhood. She started cooking in restaurants immediately after finishing her studies and has been chef in restaurants on Belle Ile and in the Alpes for the past 6 years. Julia has also travelled extensively allowing her to mix international flavors to her meals. After a first experience as chef on a charter yacht in the Caribbean Julia decided to turn her career from lad to sea.

Julia is responsible for the guests and crew meals and nutrition, assuring a rich variety of food sourcing local fresh produce. She estimates food needs, reviews inventory to assure that adequate supplies are available, adhering to budget and to the guest’s expectations. Thanks to her creativity, she prepares new recipes and products to satisfy different guests requests according to their preference list. Her sailing capability allows her to assist in all yacht manoeuvres during navigation and docking procedures.

Steward

Lucile

Lucile grew up in Normandie where she started sailing with her parents at the age of 12. After completing studies in law and commerce, she started traveling the world with the perfect combination of work and adventure. After a first Atlantic crossing on a sailing yacht she took the decisive path to become a professional sailor combing her strong hospitality background to her passion. Lucile is also a sports enthusiast and a keen diver who holds the rescue diver certification.

Lucile is responsible for organization, management and cleanliness of all interiors. She maintains an accurate inventory of all service items and supplies. She ensures cleaning and preparation of the vessel to the highest standards prior to any and all guest trips. She is in charge of vessel provisioning for both guests and crew, and all aspects of daily life. When guests are on board, she ensures they are properly cared for and that all their requirements are met. Thanks to her sailing capability, she can assist on deck during navigation and port manoeuvres.
