“Abbie” grew up on a lake, sailing on her sunfish and always looking for new water sports to learn. Her first job was as a lifeguard and later she took up scuba diving – it’s no wonder that she ended up in the Caribbean as a Water Sport Instructor and then Mate on several sailing vessels. She has studied under different chefs and is happy to fuse the knowledge gained from each of them to treat you with dishes focused around fresh, local, ingredients.
“Danny” has over a decade of experience on and in the waters of the Caribbean. He has his 100 ton Masters License and is a PADI certified diver. His love affair with the water started in Puerto Rico, where he lived and worked as an avid Sport Fisherman. He is now respected for his knowledge in deep-sea and big game fishing throughout the Caribbean. So, while on charter…if you are lucky enough to catch “the big one” (including lobster) Danny is also a trained chef with expertise in International Cuisine and would be more than happy to fire up the grill. He feels that there is nothing better than fresh from sea to table!
