About This Yacht

The Lagoon 620 is a catamaran that is elegant and laid-back, offering the best in ocean cruises. This sailing catamaran with 62ft in length boasts 4 double cabins, each with King size bed en-suite bathroom. Her interior is fully air-conditioned and its wooden interiors in beech harmoniously combine luxury, space and light.

You will appreciate its large cockpit – ideal for an “al fresco” dinner – and its deck arrangements, an unparalleled relaxation area with large spaces reserved for sunbathing, and a sheltered flybridge with a superb panoramic view of the sea. The rear skirts offer easy access to the boat and allow you to practice all water sports or simply to take a dip in the crystal clear water around your anchorage.

On board this catamaran, you will be welcomed by a crew of 3 whose professionalism and finesse will make your cruise a unique adventure and sailing experience. Accustomed to sailing all the seas of the world, your captain, skipper and hostess will help you discover the treasures and flavors of each stopover. The beauty of the anchorages, the kindness of the inhabitants, the magic and the splendor of the islands will do the rest.

The most brilliant crew is regularly praised by the clients, and here is the latest client testimonial:

"We could never have imagined to have such a knowledgeable, passionate and kind captain and mate as Ron and Andrew, we all had tears in our eyes as we left them. Andrew was just magical, always up for everything, always happy to share. Ron is a golden captain, always in a good mood, of rare calm, always happy to share his anecdotes, not to mention his cooking skills, we ate extremely well and very varied. The last day was the proof they even accompanied us to the airport to say goodbye, I really have trouble finding my words to say how they were at the TOP, nice, helpful, competent, reassuring, and that is priceless on this kind of week knowing the proximity of a boat."

Captain

Ron

Born in 1976 in the Seychelles, passionate about sailing and cooking, Ron has been a professional skipper for 14 years. He has served on all types of sailboats ranging from 10 to 35 meters and skippered large private yachts before taking the helm of the Lagoon 620, which he is now in charge of all year round. In his hands the boat is pampered and so are the passengers. His role is essential for the smooth running of operations during the cruise. His calm, relaxed and friendly personality creates a friendly atmosphere, and makes passengers feel at home.

A diploma holder from a catering school, in the Lagoon 620 Ron has found the perfect boat to combine his passion for sailing and cooking, and it is with constantly renewed pleasure that he dons an apron to whip up fresh salads, refined and tasty dishes, where we discover the various influences (Creole, French, Mediterranean, etc.) of all the seas that he has crossed. Father of three children, he is used to young pirates and children adore him. He is fluent in English, French and Italian.

His expertise: Undisputed specialist of the Indian Ocean (Seychelles, Reunion, Madagascar, Mozambique, Tanzania, South Africa, etc.). In the Seychelles, his favourite islands are Aldabra, Comoledo, Astove, Providence, Amirate
Ron also sailed in the Mediterranean (Greece, Turkey, Balearic Islands, Spain), Atlantic (St Helena, Ascension, Cape Verde, Azores, Canary Islands, among others) and the Caribbean.

First Officer

Dynamic and cheerful, accustomed to clients of various nationalities, he knows perfectly the secrets of a successful cruise and predicts your desires even before you express them. Unparalleled fisherman, he is responsible for leisure activities during the cruise: wakeboard, paddle-board, snorkeling and kayaking.
He is fluent in both English and French.
