The Seven S can accommodate up to 12 guests in her beautiful 5 cabins, including a master stateroom on the main deck, two VIP cabins with queen size beds on the lower deck and two twin cabins. Nikos was born in 1981 in Sparta. He graduated from the Merchant Marine Academy of Aspropyrgos and also studied Computer Science. He joined yachting in 2000 and has worked on various vessels including a 25m Leopard and a 30m Baglietto. His management and problem solving skills and solid character have been deeply appreciated by the owner of SEVEN S with whom he has stayed since 2005, managing his yachts. He has traveled the Cyclades and Ionian Sea extensively. He is licensed as a single plane operator and lifeguard instructor and spends his free time playing tennis or swimming.
George has had extensive experience as a Yacht Chef, as well as prestigious hotels and restaurants in Greece, serving high profile guests. He uses the finest, local ingredients, certified by the islands of Santorini, Crete or Athens, turning them into artfully-crafted dishes. He has attended various seminars to expand his skills, including “Gruyere Recipes and Menu Ideas” at the Golf Resort “La Gruyere”, in Switzerland, “Best of International of Alain Ducasse Creations and Patisserie”, by Alain Ducasse, “Elements and combination of Mediterranean cuisine, time management, communication skills, the basic rules of hospitality”, at the Palmie Academy, “Produits francais de canard et d’oie” and “French cheese” by M. Alain Rougie. He is also skilled in Kosher recipes. He has a profound passion for cooking and loves the sea, being a descendant of a family of seamen. He loves traveling abroad, mainly in wintertime and considers it to be an inspirational way to enrich his skills, knowledge and taste of food. His hometown is Santorini island. He speaks English and French.
Kostas was born in 1977 and has been working in deckhand positions on yachts for more than 20 years, both charter and private, until 2008 when he took a break from the industry to follow his passion for cooking. He studied and opened his own restaurants which he ran very successfully until 2021 when he decided to come back to yachting to join the crew of SEVEN S. He holds a speedboat license and all safety certificates. He is meticulous and very focused on excelling at everything he does, has excellent communication skills and an eye for detail.
Born in 1992, Dimos is a Merchant Navy Graduate in Engineering. He has been working on engineer positions since 2012 on both yachts and ships as well as a land based position on a certified yacht service center. He is certified in Fire-Fighting, has a speed boat license and speaks English. He is an excellent team-player with a friendly personality and is your go-to person for on-board technology.
Polyxeni was born in 1999 in Kavala. She is currently completing her studies in Business Administration and has been a track field athlete for 13 years. She has been working on the Great Marathon in Thessaloniki from a very early age as well as a camp leader. She has spent 2 seasons working on yachts as sole stewardess. She loves working near the sea, is responsible, organized and caring with her guests. She loves training and swimming, speaks English, basic German and Spanish.
