Cpt. George counts more than 10 years of experience in the yachting industry previously as a Chief Repair & Maintenance Manager and afterwards, as a Captain. He has a calm character and he will ensure a smooth cruise onboard RUBY. Cpt. George is looking forward to share his passion for the sea with the guests and to introduce them to the Greek islands. He is married and when not working, he enjoys water skiing, diving and cycling. Speaks Greek and English.
Konstantinos is 38 years old and graduated from Le Monde Institute of Culinary Arts in 2011. He has participated in multiple seminars, with a special interest in wine tasting. Having worked for many years in high- end restaurants and hotels both in Greece and abroad, he decided to enter into the yachting world for new experiences. He will prepare for the guests the most delicious dishes of Mediterranean cuisine using the freshest ingredients, giving great attention to the presentation of his meals! Konstantinos has a pleasant character with a genuine smile on his face that will make the guests feel comfortable onboard during their summer cruise. When not working, he likes watching movies and spending time with his friends. Speaks Greek, English & German.
Ilia is 28 years old and holds two Degrees; one in Computer Engineering and one in Multimedia. In her past experience, she has worked as a Head Waitress and Barista in various hotels & restaurants in Athens. Her social character and love for the sea, led her into the pleasant environment of the yachting industry a few years ago. She has furthermore worked abroad as a nanny, having a great love for children! She is looking forward to welcoming the guests onboard RUBY with her wonderful smile, ensuring a relaxing cruise. In her free time, she enjoys dancing and reading books. Speaks Greek, English & Italian.
Thodoris is 38 years old and holds a professional Sailor's Diploma, counting years of experience in the yachting industry. Working with great enthusiasm and passion for his job, he will definitely pamper the guests onboard this stunning yacht! Due to his sportive character, he will be loved by the more active guests, as he will assist them with all kinds of water sports that are available onboard. Some of his hobbies are water sports and travelling. Speaks Greek & English.
