Juan Galli was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, he fell in love with sailing at 16 years old and has not stopped since. He has explored many parts of the world by boat, cruising the Caribbean and Mediterranean as well as having a few Pacific and Atlantic ocean crossings under his belt. Juan loves discovering new places and sharing his love of exploring with the guests.
Like many captains, he came to Palma de Mallorca where he met Ada and they decided to pursue a career together as a Captain and Stew/Cook team.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with Ada, sharing in their love of food and travelling.
Born in Galicia, Spain; Ada dedicated her whole life to working in the financial department of a multinational in Madrid. Over the years her desire to travel overtook her office ambitions and she was inspired to look for an alternative career path. She left everything to go to Mallorca where she met Juan and before long they were spending less time chatting at their kitchen table and more time plotting across the navigation table. Everything clicked perfectly and Ada soon fell in love with sailing.
Ada loves to share her passion for Spanish cooking with guests and loves to travel the world through food. Trying new dishes and taking inspiration wherever she goes. Ada loves meeting people and is a fantastic host. She always goes over and above to make sure guests have the best possible holiday.
