From ''Crisis Management'' to "Advanced Fire Fighting Operations", "Human Behaviour'', and a "Speed Boat Operator License." Oh, and he's also an "Advanced Open Water Diver"! Whether it's above or below the waves, Stefanos is at home in the water.

He entered yachting in 2012 as he was always fascinated by the sea and the sense of freedom that it could provide. Panagiotis is an expert in Mediterranean cuisine as well as in French, Italian, Asian, and Mexican cuisine, you name it.
He knows how to make everything taste 10% better than you thought it could. He can create amazing dishes with either humble or premium ingredients, meat, fish, or vegan, and is confident in any style, from family to fine dining.
