Captain Charis is an experienced and highly skilled maritime professional, bringing a wealth of knowledge and leadership to M/Y Daloli. A graduate of the Merchant Marine Academy of Aspropyrgos, he holds a prestigious Captain’s Class A Diploma, signifying his expertise in navigation, vessel management, and maritime safety. Captain Charis began his career serving on tanker ships and motor vessels, where he developed strong technical and operational experience before making the transition into the yachting industry. With a passion for luxury hospitality, he has worked on both private and charter yachts, gaining extensive experience in superyacht operations and high-end guest service. Having previously spent two successful seasons onboard M/Y Daloli, Captain Charis returns with enthusiasm and dedication, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable yachting experience. With vast knowledge of the Mediterranean, he carefully curates exceptional itineraries, guiding guests to breathtaking destinations while prioritizing safety, comfort, and personalized service. Filippos is a highly skilled and dedicated Chief Engineer, ensuring the seamless operation and technical efficiency of M/Y Daloli. Born in Athens in 1990, he graduated from the Merchant Marine Academy of Macedonia and holds an Engineer’s Class A’ Diploma. Additionally, he has completed advanced training at the National School of Life Saving and Fire Fighting Appliances of Aspropyrgos and holds a Speedboat License. Filippos began his maritime career working on cargo ships, where he gained valuable hands-on experience in high-level engineering operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting. His transition to yachting in 2020 was driven by his passion for hospitality and meeting new people, bringing his expertise into the luxury sector. As Chief Engineer, Filippos is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of the yacht’s engines and all mechanical systems, guaranteeing a smooth and uninterrupted cruising experience. His proactive approach, strong problem-solving skills, and deep technical knowledge make him an essential part of the M/Y Daloli crew. Dionisios is a highly skilled and passionate Chef, bringing over 16 years of culinary expertise to M/Y Daloli. A graduate of LE MONDE Institute of Hotel & Tourism Studies, he holds a Diploma in Culinary Arts, equipping him with the techniques, creativity, and knowledge needed to craft exceptional dining experiences on board. Before entering yachting in 2007, Dionisios gained extensive experience working as a Chef in luxury hotels and renowned restaurants, refining his ability to create diverse and flavorful dishes tailored to guest preferences. His versatility in the kitchen, professional approach, and dedication to using only the freshest ingredients ensure that every meal is an unforgettable gastronomic experience. With experience in both private and charter yachts, Dionisios is well-versed in meeting high culinary expectations while maintaining flexibility and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. His calm demeanor, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality make him a valued member of the M/Y Daloli crew. Olha is an experienced and highly skilled Stewardess, bringing exceptional service, housekeeping, and guest relations expertise to M/Y Daloli. With a strong background in luxury hospitality, she has worked on both charter and private yachts, as well as in five-star hotels and cruise liners, ensuring the highest level of professionalism and attention to detail. Olha’s yachting experience includes roles as Housekeeping and Service Stewardess aboard high-profile yachts such as M/Y Alexander (120m), M/Y Sorento (62m), M/Y Light Holic (60m), and M/Y Jameel (49m). She has extensive experience in both service and housekeeping, rotating between roles to maintain impeccable standards across all guest areas. Prior to yachting, she worked as a Housekeeping Manager at Avalon Palace and as a Floor Supervisor for Carnival Cruise Line, gaining invaluable expertise in luxury hospitality and guest service operations. Holding multiple certifications in bartending, emergency first response, crisis management, and passenger safety, Olha is a well-rounded and proactive crew member who thrives in fast-paced, high-end environments. Her strong work ethic, adaptability, and excellent communication skills ensure that guests onboard M/Y Daloli receive the highest standard of service. Holding a Degree in Political Science and Public Administration, as well as an Insurance Professional Certification, she has developed exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. Recently transitioning into the yachting industry, Maria approaches her role with great passion and enthusiasm, eager to provide guests with top-tier hospitality and seamless service. Her ability to coordinate diverse tasks while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism makes her a key asset to the interior team. Maria ensures that every aspect of the guest experience runs smoothly, from cabin detailing and table service to personalized assistance during charters. With her positive energy and commitment to excellence, she helps create an elegant and welcoming atmosphere onboard. Vasilis is an experienced and highly skilled Bosun, bringing over a decade of expertise in deck operations and guest service to M/Y Daloli. At 33 years old, he holds Certificates in Basic Safety Training, Survival Craft and Rescue Boats, and is also a certified scuba diver, making him well-equipped for both deck responsibilities and water activities. Starting his yachting career in 2012, Vasilis has worked as a Deckhand on motor yachts of various sizes, developing a deep understanding of anchoring, mooring procedures, and yacht maintenance. His ability to assist with daily operations, ensure deck safety, and enhance the guest experience makes him a key member of the crew. Vasilis is known for his dedication, reliability, and strong teamwork, ensuring that guests feel safe and well-cared for during their time on board. Whether handling tenders, setting up water toys, or providing top-notch service, he is always ready to assist with a friendly and professional approach. Aristotelis is an energetic and dedicated deckhand with a passion for the yachting industry and a background that blends hospitality, logistics, and a love for the sea. His commitment to excellence and natural adaptability make him an invaluable member of the crew on M/Y DALOLI, where he assists with day-to-day deck operations, maintenance, mooring, and guest service. Having completed his military service and obtained his Seaman’s Book and Basic Safety Training certifications, Aristotelis is eager to expand his maritime knowledge and take on greater responsibilities. His experience as a supply chain manager in shipyards has equipped him with strong organizational and problem-solving skills—qualities that serve him well in the dynamic environment of a busy yacht. Outside of work, Aristotelis is passionate about water sports, including surfing and jet skiing, and enjoys staying active through gymnastics. His dedication to teamwork, excellent communication skills, and willingness to go the extra mile ensure that every guest aboard M/Y DALOLI receives top-notch service and memorable experiences.
