Fluent in Croatian, English, Italian, German, and Spanish, she has experience working in multinational environments and a deep understanding of diverse cultures, which allows her to easily adapt to guests' needs. Her top strength lies in flawlessly planning and executing unforgettable experiences to charter guests, from intimate dinners to lavish parties, while maintaining meticulous housekeeping standards to keep the interior pristine and welcoming. In her free time, Lucija enjoys outdoor activities such as walking, trekking, hiking, and cycling, as well as spending quality time with family and friends. Lovre’s problem-solving mindset and meticulous attention to detail make him an essential pillar of the crew ensuring seamless onboard operations. Outside of work, he enjoys water sports, cycling, and cooking, always bringing a practical and hands-on attitude to both his work and leisure time.

Andrijana Zejak is the youngest crew member on MY CARMEN and currently in her second year in the yachting industry. With a biology degree from the University of Montenegro, she brings discipline and a strong attention to detail. Andrijana gained hands-on experience on a 36-meter yacht, working closely with the Chief Stewardess and developing skills in housekeeping, laundry, guest service, table settings, and cocktail preparation. Her main responsibilities aboard MY CARMEN include laundry, interior cleaning, and delivering attentive guest service. Fluent in English, she is a motivated and dependable member of the interior team. Since childhood, Andrijana has loved exploring nature and caring for animals, a passion that inspires her calm and attentive approach.

Experienced and passionate about watersports, he’s your go-to guide for jet skis, tenders, SeaBobs, e-foils, and towables—you name it, he’s got it covered. With seven years of experience in the yachting industry, Deckhand Domagoj Vlatković brings strong technical skills and a proactive approach to ensuring smooth deck operations aboard CARMEN. As an avid tender diver, Domagoj enjoys teaching watersports and sharing his passion for the wonders of the underwater world with guests. His friendly nature and excellent communication skills create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and crew alike. When off duty, he enjoys staying active in the gym, hiking, and unwinding with video games.
