Špiro Rakuljić is the Captain and owner of the luxurious 40m motor sailer "Anetta." With a family history in the maritime industry dating back to the early 20th century, Špiro's passion for sailing and cruising runs deep. He holds two Masters degrees from the Maritime Faculty at the University of Split, providing him with a strong educational foundation in the field. Špiro's career in yachting began from a young age, spending his summer breaks with his father on various ships. He has worked as a captain on different types of ships, ranging from 25m to 55m in length, and has recently worked on passenger cruise ships, further expanding his expertise in the industry. Špiro's qualifications and strengths in yacht chartering lie not only in his technical skills but also in his working ethic and dedication to showcasing the finest of what Croatia has to offer to charterers. His calmness, eagerness to learn, and excellent communication with clients are his greatest strengths when it comes to working on a yacht charter. During his leisure time, Špiro enjoys various hobbies that align with his adventurous spirit, such as traveling, hiking, snowboarding, and fishing. His dedication to guest satisfaction, enthusiasm for exploration, and commitment to delivering outstanding service make him a highly sought-after yacht charter captain. Marino is a dedicated and experienced steward with a passion for the hospitality industry. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional  service, Marino has honed his skills in various roles, including assistant waiter, bartender, restaurant manager, and head waiter. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Marino consistently exceeds expectations and strives for excellence in every aspect of his work. Marino's attention to detail and ability to multitask allow him to handle various responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of efficiency. He is a team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring seamless service delivery. In addition to his professional skills, Marino is fluent in Croatian, his mother tongue, and possesses strong language skills in English and German, with a proficiency level of C1 in both languages.

Amina Martinović brings a wealth of experience and a passion for exceptional service to her role as Chief Stew onboard M/S ANETTA. With a degree in Hospitality Management and a solid background in luxury hotels, including a supervisory role at Hilton, Amina is adept at overseeing operations and ensuring impeccable service standards. Her meticulous attention to detail, honed in high-end hospitality environments, guarantees guests an unforgettable experience. Transitioning from luxury hotels to yachting, Amina has spent 2 years refining her skills as a head waiter and bartender on both private and charter yachts, before joining ANETTA. Her qualifications include STCW1, ENG1, Marine Fire Fighting, Security Duties Awareness, Silver Dining, and Super Yacht Stew certifications, ensuring she is well-prepared for all onboard responsibilities. Outside of work, Amina enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, hiking, and photography. She is dedicated to continuous learning in the yachting industry, staying updated with the latest trends and best practices to provide exceptional service.

Dedicated and enthusiastic stewardess with a Master’s degree in Tourism and Sustainable Development. With several years of hands-on experience in the hospitality industry - including roles as a room maid, kitchen staff and stewardess - she has developed a strong understanding of guest needs and high service standards. Marijana’s excellent communication skills and warm, approachable nature make her a valuable team member and a favourite among guests. Known for her proactive attitude, attention to detail and ability to create a welcoming atmosphere, she goes the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction. Creative as she is, Marijana enjoys exploring new places, baking for guests and connecting with children, always bringing joy and a personal touch to her work.

Our chef onboard ANETTA brings a deep-rooted passion for the culinary arts, continuing a proud family tradition. With a grandfather who once cooked for a former president and a father who runs a restaurant on Mount Kozjak, he was inspired from an early age to pursue excellence in the kitchen. Educated in tourism and catering, he expertly blends traditional Dalmatian and Mediterranean flavors with fine dining techniques, creating innovative and memorable dishes. His expertise includes creative menu development, specialty cuisine, and meticulous food presentation, always prioritizing high standards. With a strong commitment to guest satisfaction, he is always available to accommodate special requests and tailor menus to individual preferences. His cooking philosophy revolves around using fresh, high-quality ingredients to craft dishes that are both comforting and refined. Passionate about culinary artistry, he continuously seeks new inspirations while preserving the essence of tradition. His dedication ensures that every meal on board is a highlight of the journey, offering a perfect balance of heritage and innovation.

With six years of experience as a Sous Chef, Davor is all about precision, professionalism, and kindness in the kitchen. Specializing in Mediterranean and international cuisine, he ensures every dish is both delicious and beautifully presented. From maintaining a spotless workspace to serving meals on time and tailored to guest preferences, he takes pride in delivering top-quality dining experiences. His keen eye for detail and love for great food make every bite memorable. A former sportsman, he stays active with swimming, long walks, and light gym sessions, keeping his energy high for the fast-paced galley life. Passionate about creativity and top-tier ingredients, Davor is here to make your time onboard truly unforgettable and delicious!
