Visit the Ibiza and Formentera in style with a beautiful motor yacht
Illetas East Shore
When the wind blows from the west, you should anchor on this side of Formentera which will have better and calmer seas than on the west side. It has a very long white sand beach and turquoise waters to anchor. Unlike in the west beach where there are a variety of restaurants , this area of Illetas only has a restaurant called Tanga that specializes in paella and seafood. Though remember, Illetas is very narrow and can be walked across in a matter of minutes, even if anchored on the eastern side.
Es Caló
Es Caló is a fishing village on the southeastern side of Formentera. It has a variety of anchorages under the cliffs all the way to La Mola or on a beach area. It is highly recommended to go ashore to eat at either of its two restaurants specializing in local cuisine and fare, Es Caló or Can Rafalet.
