Enjoy a 2-week holiday visiting Thailand on board an amazing luxury yacht
Our recommended itinerary is as follows for this experience:
Day 1: Phuket – Ao Po Marina
Join your luxury yacht for the night at Ao Po Marina, located in North East Phuket.
Day 2: Ko Racha Yaï
Depart the marina for your first night’s anchorage: Koh Racha Yaï in the South of Phuket. Enjoy cruising through stunning surroundings before arriving at the beautiful islands of Ko Racha Yaï and Ko Racha Noi, which boast crystal waters and white sand beaches. Pay a visit to Ao Tawan Tok, a u-shaped bay that is the main beach of Koh Racha Yaï. Divers and snorkelers will love the huge variety of hard and soft coral and plentiful varieties of fish, including Moray eels, pufferfish and stingrays, that the island’s waters offer.
Day 3 & 4: Ko Phi Phi
Set sail for Ko Phi-Phi, hailed as one of the three most beautiful islands in the world with its magnificent views, and the unforgettable Maya Bay beach (overnight anchorage at Maya Bay is ovny permitted from November to April), where The Beach was filmed. The Phi Phi islands – Phi Phi Don, which is the largest, and Phi Phi Leh – are some of the loveliest in Southeast Asia and more than warrant a two-day stay to allow you to make the most of all they have to offer.
Day 5: Ko Lanta
Wave goodbye to Ko Phi-Phi for Ko Lanta, only a short distance away. With over 50 tiny islands spread over 152km2 Ko Lanta will leave you spoilt for choice when selecting where to visit. Ko Lanta’s two major islands are Ko Lanta Yai, which has many restaurants and shops, and the smaller Ko Lanta Noi. Ko Lanta has 10 white-sand beaches mainly in the west coast, while the east coast is mountain covered with rich tropical rainforest. The National Park area with two curved beaches is particularly spectacular. Your crew will help you select highlights of this beautiful area to visit.
Day 6: Ko Muk
After a short cruise you will arrive at Ko Muk, an island of fisherman that is a serene tropical paradise in the Andaman Sea. A must-do is a visit to the island’s incredible cavern which you can swim through and out into an enclosed lagoon.
Day 7: Ko Rok Nok
Sail towards Ko Rok Nok where beautiful crystal clear waters that are ideal for snorkelling await you. Ko Rok Nok is full of soft white sandy beaches and shallow coral reefs in the southeast and the south. The island, together with sister island Ko Rok Nai, which sits 250 metres away, are part of the Mu Loh Lanta National Park.
Day 8: Ko Ha Yaï
Anchor up at Ko Ha Yaï, one of a small group of limestone islands out in the ocean. Of the five islands of Ko Ha (Ha means five in Thai) Ko Ha Yaï is the biggest and shaped like a sail. Ideal for divers the islands offer a number of underwater caves to explore, and several vibrant dive sites.
Day 9 & 10: Ko Phi Phi
Return to Ko Phi Phi for two more nights exploring this magical part of the world.
Day 11 & 12: Krabi with stopover in Ko Kaï
Sail to either to Ao Nang or Ralay on the coast of Krabi and stopover in Ko Kaï, where the low tide will enable you to walk from one island to another. Ko Kaï, meaning Chicken Island, gets its name from the strange rock formation at one tip of the island that looks like the head and neck of a chicken. The other end of the island has steep cliffs and a beautiful beach along the peninsula that makes way for incredible snorkelling amongst coral at high tide. Ao Nang is a large bay with scenic beaches and 83 small islands that has several famous beaches including East Rai Le, West Rai Le and Tham Phra Nang (cave), which stretch to the foot of a prominent limestone range.
Day 13 & 14: Phang Na Bay
Your next destination is Phang Nga Bay where secret lagoons, crystal clear waters, unspoiled islands await you to ensure the perfect end to your charter. Phang Nga Bay boasts distinctive sheer limestone cliffs that jut vertically out of the emerald green water, with many secluded beaches to visit. Two highlights to visit are James Bond Island, Ko Phing Kan, made famous by The Man With The Golden Gun movie, and Ko Panyee, a sea gypsy village built on stilts in the water that offers authentic food and markets and is well worth a visit.
Day 15: Phuket – Ao Po Marina
Bid farewell to your yacht and depart with memories of a lifetime.
