About This Yacht

The superb Ferretti Custom line 97 launched in 2008 and has undergone an extensive refit in 2020. In her 5 cabins she can accommodate up to 12 guests. On the main deck is the master cabin with en-suite bathroom, a large sofa, desk and walk-in closet. On the lower deck there are two double cabins and two twin cabins with pullman beds, all with private bathrooms. The bright and well-appointed saloon boasts a large sofa and a dining table. The aft deck offers a large relaxation area with sofa, convertible into a sunbathing area, and a large alfresco dining table. The flybridge is one of the highlights, featuring a large sundeck with Jacuzzi, sun loungers and a large table with folding hard-top. The access to the sea is particularly convenient, thanks to the staircase leading to the stern beach of about 16 square meters. The Ferretti 97 is equipped with a wide range of water toys including a 4.5m tender with outboard engine, 2x seabob F5, 2x SUPs, donut, banana boat, snorkelling equipment, water skis and wakeboard. An experienced and professional crew of 5 including a captain, chef, 2 hostesses and deckhand will take care of all guests to ensure the ultimate luxury experience in the Western Mediterranean Sea.

Captain

Giuseppe

Giuseppe has ten years of experience in the maritime sector, ranging from short-term charters to long-distance charters. He has extensively crossed the eastern and western Mediterranean sea and knows Sicily very well and for this reason, he loves to make each charter unique, showing you the most recondite parts of the Sicilian landscape. As captain, he is very proud to create tailor- made yacht cruising experiences for each charter.

Giuseppe has paid particular attention to the selection of the crew, according to the highest possible standards, he constantly takes care of details in order to ensure maximum comfort on board. He offers an enthusiasm that goes well with the positive attitude of the whole crew. He speaks fluent English and Italian. His love for navigation gives Giuseppe the passion for research and organization of all kinds of activities for the improvement of the onboard experience.

Chef

Daniele

Daniele is an experienced chef with a strong “can do” attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for cooking. A true sea-lover, Daniele left home and started travelling the world at a very young age, working as a sailing and windsurf instructor in touristic resorts. Becoming an adult, his passion for the sea grew stronger together with the one for cooking so he decided to expand his natural cooking skills and attended a professional cooking school in Milan, specializing in gourmet cuisine and finger food in order to embark as a chef on both private and charter yachts.

Since his first job on a gullet in 2005, he has acquired a valuable experience and, when ashore for winter, he worked as a chef de partie in important international hotel restaurants, such as the Marriot Milan, and traveled extensively to Brazil, where he took a lot of inspiration for his dishes. He learned how to accommodate any and all preferences and dietary requirements and how to enhance the taste of single, simple ingredients by skilfully combining them together. Handmade bread and pizza are among his strong points and his apple strudel is a delight.

Deckhand

Francesco

Francesco has successfully graduated from the Marine school in Naples, his passion for his job brought him, once he finished studying, to travel around the Mediterranean Sea. He is an able seaman with a high sense of responsibility and awareness and will be there to assist wherever needed.

Nicole

Nicole is a kind and skilled person, determination is her strong suit. She always aims to provide a sought after service to guests, blending knowledge and proactivity. Nicole believes that hard work and perseverance make the yacht reach its highest standards. Her enthusiastic approach creates a relaxing atmosphere on board, enabling guests to thoroughly enjoy their stay. Nicole adores making flower arrangements and table decorations that’s why she always makes it with passion and creativity. Nicole is concentrated on guests’ welfare and will guarantee the best assistance up to the smallest details.

Flor

After many years all over the world, Flor decides to discover the Mediterranean Sea as a member of this team. She manages the needs of the guest in a polite way, with patience and good manners. She is calm, respectable and available. She enjoys presenting tables and cabins in an elegant and professional way. Flor is well organized and takes care, as she is a hygienist, for cleaning and all the details to satisfy customer expectations.
