Cancellation policy
CANCELLATION by the CHARTERER
In the event of THE CHARTERER wishing to cancel the charter, the following cancellation charges will apply:
* 90 days prior to your departure: 25% of the deposit will be funded as an administration fee; the rest of the deposit will be refunded.
* Less than 89-60 days prior to departure: 50% of the deposit will be funded as an administration fee; the rest of the deposit will be refunded.
*Less than 59 days prior to your departure, the deposit will not be refunded.
In the event of cancellation by THE CHARTERER, THE OWNER/AGENT will use his best endeavours to re-charter the yacht.
Boat insurance
All our boats have insurance for passengers and yacht. We have insurance from Allianz.
When you have a booking for this vessel, we will send you confirmation and the insurance policy of this vessel.
