Incredible scenery for one of the most beautiful locations in Thailand
Famous for its James Bond Island or kayaking inside secret lagoons and caves. Also the Bridget Jones movie “The edge of reason” 2004 was filmed around Phang Nga. An incredible cruising scenery between over 44 traditional limestone karsts jutting out of the emerald waters. These tight and tall islands remind the “Faraglioni” near Capri island – stunning!
Day 1:
10:00 - Set Sail to Phang Nga Bay.
11:00 - Arrive at the first islands in the Phang Nga Bay region. The area is characterized by stunning limestone cliffs, hidden mangrove forests, caves and lagoon.
11:00 - 18:00 – Our crew show you the most the beautiful islands north east of Phuket Island - Panak, James Bond and Hong island. If there is enough time we will take our guests to either Panyee Sea Gypsy Village or Roi island which are a little further out. Our guests are free to stay at a certain location for as long as they want.
18:00 - Anchor/Moor at Hong island for the night.
Day 2:
Clients may sleep in but we suggest waking up early as it is quite a unique experience. Mornings in these areas are very peaceful and tranquil.
07:45 - Captain will move Lawa island for a last swim before returning.
08:30 - Stop by Lawa island for 30min
09:00 - Head back to the Marina
10:00 - Arrive back at the Marina
Activities:
- swimming, kayaking around the islands
- sightseeing at James Bond island
- guided kayaking tour into the lagoon at Hong island
- exploring some caves/lagoons at panak island (depending on the tide)
Located north east of Phuket island, Phang Nga Bay is known to be even prettier than the more famous sister Halong Bay in Vietnam.
Definitely one to have on the “Top 10 things to see in Phuket”
